Moving In

These guidelines have been prepared to assist in the process of relocating your offices. Items that need to be addressed are as follows:

  1. Lobby Directory and Suite entry signage
  2. Lease commencement date addendum
  3. Keys (suite entry, restroom)
  4. Electronic access cards/fobs
  5. Freight elevator reservations
  6. Allowable times for move in
  7. Protection of common areas
  8. Move in coordination meeting
  9. Mail delivery
  10. Monthly parking account set up
  11. Moving company contact information/insurance certificate
  12. Fitness Center waivers
  13. Certificates of insurance for both your company and your moving company
  14. Emergency contact information
  15. Fire Floor Warden Designations
